Informatica PowerCenter 10.4.1 Installation steps:

1. Download the Informatica 10.4 software from the given link in the description.
Make sure that you have completely downloaded
2. Extract the software by using the latest Winrar or WinZip
3. Install Oracle 11g (As Informatica repository)
4. Configure SQL developer(GUI tool, Source and Target database)
5. Install Informatica PowerCenter server(10.4 version)
6. Configure Repository and Integration service in the admin console
7. Install Informatica client
8. Configure source and target connection
9. Create test mapping and execute it successfully

Informatica installation issues:
=====================
1. Download all the software from the link which I have given in the description
2. winrar - To extract the software
3. Antivirus - disable for sometime
4. Start informatica services
5. is, rep services - DOM, Oracle 11g
6. infa, system, -> grant dba to infa
7. Windows 11, windows 10, windows 8

Common issues in the Informatica PowerCenter Installation:
1) Please make sure you have disabled your antivirus software or added the exception of Informatica services. So that, It will not remove any of the Informatica services
2) Make sure to extract the informatica server and client files by using latest winrar software and extract all the inner folders. If you forget to unzip inner folders, you will end up with errors.
3) Make sure to download with good internet, If any one of the files are missing then your installation ended up with errors.
4) If you get Key store error, it is due to incorrect set up file and incorrect extract. To resolve this error, please extract the files with good internet speed and extract all the inner folders.
5) If any other issues, uninstall and re-install it one more time.
6) Use Oracle 11g for Informatica PowerCenter installation.
7) Installation may get interrupted because of incorrect extraction of the files, so please extract the file with winrar software as explained in the video.
8) Download the software from the description link which I have provided. I have already downloaded and extracted the files, kept in the folder correctly.
9) If you get any issues in the installation, uninstall the Informatica server and re-install again.
10) Informatica server will get installed in the Oracle 11g database only. So please make sure you have Oracle 11g installed and Oracle service is up and running, check whether you are able to query Oracle DB.
11) Sometimes because of our system speed it will not start the services, so please wait for some time and retry.
12) Sometimes because of our system configuration, it will not get installed correctly, so please re-install again.
13) If you have more than one user account, please install it through admin user account.
Common FAQ:
In step 8 of informatica server installation, there's a check box as "do you want to create a power center repository service and power center integration service? Do i need to check this or ignore.
If you wish to include the Repository service and Integration service during server installation, select this option. Otherwise, you can create them in the admin console.
